At Alizir, we take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our fragrances. Because our products are personal care items, we have established the following policy to ensure the health and safety of all our customers.

1. Returns & Exchanges

• Unopened Products: We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the perfume remains in its original, unopened, and sealed packaging (with the plastic wrap intact).

• Opened Products: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any bottle that has been opened, sprayed, or used.

• Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number is required for all return requests.

2. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged (e.g., a broken bottle or leaking spray) or if you receive the wrong fragrance:

• Please notify our Care Team at care@alizir.com within 48 hours of delivery.

• Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging.

• We will arrange a complimentary replacement or a full refund immediately.

3. Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method (Credit/Debit card).

• Please note that it may take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement, depending on your local bank in the UAE.

4. Shipping Costs

• For returns due to “change of mind,” the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs to our Dubai hub.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the initial delivery will be deducted from your total.

5. Non-Returnable Items

• Sale items or “Gift with Purchase” items are final sale and cannot be returned.

• Individual bottles from a discovery set or gift bundle cannot be returned separately.
